Put the organising team in the brief
Identify the university or college, the student society and the staff or campus contact responsible for the event. Name one person who can bring decisions from the society, venue and artist teams together. Share whether the programme is a concert, a society ceremony, a competition or several activities ending with a live show. If the venue and date are awaiting approval, mark them as provisional.
Check the exact campus space
A campus name can cover an auditorium, courtyard, lawn or sports area. Send the specific location and recent photographs, together with the proposed stage and audience positions. Ask the university about crew entry, unloading, campus access, use of existing equipment and the permitted event schedule. The production team needs the conditions for that particular space; a previous show elsewhere on campus cannot establish them.
Leave room for student performances and the headline act
List every segment that needs a microphone, playback or a lighting change, including introductions and prize presentations. Obtain technical requirements from the headline artist and any student bands. Build a running order that includes rehearsal, technical checks and equipment changes. Nominate a programme contact who can communicate updates rather than having several people give conflicting cues to the operators.
Use the archive as a reference
Explore the Inter Econothon 2026 closing-concert footage in our archive, alongside the Lahore School of Economics event reference. For a new campus show, confirm the exact performance space and audience layout with the university. Start your enquiry with the institution, event format, date, venue, expected audience and production needs. A new campus booking requires approval from the responsible university team and confirmation of production availability.
