Speech and conference audio in Lahore
Plan microphones, audience coverage and presentation playback for Lahore conferences, panel discussions, launches and public programmes. Build the brief around the speakers.
Count the voices, not just the guests
Start with the number of people speaking at the same time. A host at a lectern, a seated panel and a presenter moving around the stage need different microphone arrangements. Tell the crew whether guests will ask questions and how those questions will reach the stage. A list of speakers, presentation formats and language changes helps the operator follow the programme without guessing who speaks next.
Plan for the whole audience area
Share the room layout, seating arrangement, approximate guest count and the location of the stage or lectern. Include any connected areas where guests are expected to hear announcements. Ask the venue what audio equipment is installed and who will operate it. The technical team needs to assess the complete room and the intended listening areas before deciding how the system should be arranged.
Rehearse presentation handovers
List every laptop, presentation video and other playback source that needs sound. Agree who supplies final files, who advances slides and who starts each video. A speaker rehearsal can check microphone use, pronunciation cues and the handover between presenters. If recording, remote speakers or a livestream are planned, identify the separate provider and technical contact early; those services and their connections need their own confirmed scope.
Keep the programme practical
Send the date, venue, audience estimate, speaker count and a draft running order. Include scheduled breaks, venue access and the time available for a technical check. Add whether the programme is mostly speeches, a panel or a mix of presentations and performances. The team can then discuss the audio brief with the organiser and venue. A submitted enquiry starts that discussion and does not confirm equipment, recording services or availability.
