Event production planning in Lahore

Plan sound, lighting, staging and show-day coordination together for your Lahore event. Start with the venue, audience, programme and the decisions still open.

A production brief connects the event schedule, venue layout and technical requirements. The team confirms scope and availability for your date.

One brief for the whole production

A live event works better when the sound, lighting and stage plans describe the same show. Begin with the occasion, date, venue or shortlist, and estimated audience. Add the programme: a single singer, several bands, speeches, a DJ set or a mix of formats. If the room is still undecided, explain what the audience should experience and which parts of the programme matter most. The first brief can contain open questions; it does not need to be a finished equipment list.

Connect the venue and the programme

Share the proposed stage position and audience layout, together with the venue contact and the artists’ technical requirements. A dinner layout, a seated concert and a standing audience leave different amounts of space for production. Identify which equipment is already at the venue and which supplier is responsible for it. Ask the team to reconcile the scope before accepting a quote, especially where the venue, decorator and performers each provide part of the setup.

Make time for the work between performances

The running order needs more than the advertised start time. Include crew access, setup, rehearsal, soundcheck, audience entry, performer changes and the venue’s agreed finish. Choose one organiser who can approve schedule changes and share the final version with the venue and all production contacts. For an outdoor Lahore event, ask the venue and production team to agree their weather arrangements and decision process before the day.

Start with the decisions you have

Send the event brief with your confirmed details, optional production budget in PKR and the parts you want help resolving. The team reviews the requested scope and discusses equipment, staffing, travel and availability before a booking is confirmed. Venue hire, catering, décor and artist representation should be identified separately if other people are arranging them; an event-production enquiry does not automatically include those services.
