Live sound in Lahore

Plan live sound for your Lahore event, from microphones and performer inputs to audience coverage, stage monitoring and a workable soundcheck.

What you can book

Book live sound production for a concert, DJ set, wedding or spoken programme in Lahore. The sound brief can cover a PA, microphones and instrument inputs, a mixing console and onstage monitoring.

Equipment and crew

Ask for a staffed sound package if you need an engineer. We agree who brings the equipment, sets up, runs soundcheck, mixes the event and packs down. The written quote identifies the crew and hours included.

What should the venue provide?

Share the floor plan or audience layout, access times, available power and any sound limits. Send the artist’s rider or DJ outputs when available. Confirm with the venue what it already supplies.

What affects the quote?

Audience size and layout, input count, monitor mixes, the number of spaces, crew hours and transport all affect the quote. Ask us to price the equipment and crew together if you need both.

What to confirm separately

Confirm any requested backline, recording or extra rehearsal time separately. Ask about equipment-only hire before assuming it is available. Artist booking is arranged separately from production.

The input list, listening area and stage monitors work together. Your performers and venue shape the sound plan.

Start with what the audience needs to hear

A concert, a speech and a DJ set put different demands on a sound system. Send the event format, audience size and whether the venue is indoors or outdoors. A seating or floor plan helps identify the listening area and where the mixing position can go.

Share the inputs early

For live performers, send the latest input list and stage plot. For a DJ, send the controller or mixer model and the outputs available. For speeches, include how many people need microphones and whether a lectern or roaming mic is needed.

Plan time for a soundcheck

Allow time after load-in to test each input and check what the performers hear onstage. If several acts share a bill, send the running order so the crew can plan equipment changes between sets.

A useful sound brief

For a Lahore university event with speeches, a band and a closing DJ set, describe all three parts of the evening. A guest count alone leaves out who needs to be heard, what equipment arrives with each act and how the programme moves between them. If the venue is still being chosen, share the options and what is already decided.

Include with your enquiry

Before the event

Can I enquire before the details are final?

Yes. Leave the optional date or venue fields blank and explain what is still undecided in the brief. Update the team when those choices change, because they affect the production plan.

Does the artist archive show who I can book?

The archive records credited performances. It does not confirm an artist’s availability or booking representation. Keep artist arrangements and the production requirements clear in your enquiry.
