Stage production in Lahore
Plan a stage for your Lahore event with performer layouts, venue access, equipment footprints and changeovers coordinated around the show.

Plan around the performance
Send the number of people onstage at once, instrument and equipment footprints, access requirements and any sightline constraints. A floor plan helps the crew work out where the audience, performers and technical positions will go.
Confirm what the venue provides
Ask the venue what staging and power are already available, when crews can load in, and which rules apply to fixtures, sound levels and venue access. Any rigging or temporary structures need approval from the venue and the appropriate crew.
Allow for changeovers
When several acts share a stage, include the running order, where equipment will wait between sets, and the amount of time available to clear and reset the stage.
Plan the whole stage change
For a show moving from an acoustic act to a full band, consider where the incoming equipment waits as well as where it sits during the performance. Share the stage plots together with the running order. A stage that fits one act still needs a workable route for people and equipment when the programme changes.
Prepare for the venue discussion
- The number of performers onstage for each part of the event.
- Stage plots, equipment footprints and any access requirements.
- Unloading access, backstage space and the venue’s setup and clear-out times.
- Who approves the layout and which staging or structures the venue already provides.
Before the event
Can a reference photo replace a stage plot?
It can show an idea, but it may not show dimensions, entrances or equipment positions. Add a labelled sketch and explain what needs to happen onstage so those details can be discussed.
Who confirms a temporary structure or rigging arrangement?
The venue and appropriately qualified production team need to agree the design and requirements. An event enquiry or an artist’s reference image does not provide that approval.
