Sound, light & stage in Club Road.
Faisalabad Serena lists Club Road as its address and publishes named event spaces including Naqqash, Nazara and Kehkashan. Use the exact hall when planning a business programme, dinner or family celebration. An image of the hotel’s gardens or courtyard does not establish a banquet room’s layout.
Plan your event here
Confirm the hall and arrangement
Request the current room plan for the proposed date and seating style. Mark the stage, presentation screen and production desk before comparing attendance figures. If the programme includes a demonstration or product display, reserve that footprint explicitly. Ask the hotel to confirm the usable arrangement rather than assuming the largest published figure applies after every production element has been added.
Prepare business content for the room
For a presentation-led event, list presenters, video playback, questions and any live product demonstration. Decide whether the audience needs a clear view of physical samples or detailed slides, then discuss screen and lighting positions accordingly. Send the final media before the technical check and nominate one organiser to approve the running order.
Make a dinner or wedding changeover deliberate
Where speeches lead into music, allow a defined transition for microphone changes, playback and performer positions. Share the DJ or musician’s requirements alongside the family or company cue list. Ask which equipment and operators are included in the venue booking so the production brief covers the remaining needs and each supplier knows its responsibility.
Send a Club Road enquiry
Include the date, named hall, guest estimate, programme, venue contact and budget range. Add setup, rehearsal and clearance times supplied by the hotel. Hamid Sound reviews Faisalabad requests from its Lahore base; crew, equipment, travel and availability are agreed before confirmation.
