Multan, illustrated. Shah Rukn-e-Alam is a city landmark, not a Hamid Sound event venue.

Talk to Hamid Sound about the sound, lighting and staging your Multan event needs. Our published archive includes a festival stage at Pearl City Multan. The team is based in Lahore, so a new Multan enquiry needs the date, venue and access schedule at the start. Current crew availability, travel and the production scope are confirmed for each event.

7UP Foodies Festival in Multan

Hamid Sound’s December 2019 post shows a 7UP Foodies Festival stage at Pearl City Multan, with suspended speaker arrays, truss and lighting. The date shown is the recap publication date; the original post does not record a performer lineup.

Photos & show details

23 December 2019 is the post date, not a confirmed festival date. The source does not document the complete artist lineup or every part of the production supplied. A past show is a reference for the work, not confirmation that the same setup or crew is available for a new date.

Give an out-of-city brief a clear handover

For a Multan enquiry, appoint one organizer or venue contact who can answer practical site questions before equipment is planned. Share a location pin, recent stage and audience-area photographs, and the route equipment would take from the vehicle to the working area. Explain any gates, stairs or restricted access that the venue team already knows about.

Include the earliest equipment arrival, setup period, soundcheck, doors or guest arrival, performance times and the time by which equipment must leave. If access is limited to a short window, say that in the first message. It affects how the team can assess the job and how the quote is scoped; travel should not be assumed to fit between two performance times.

Plan the whole festival space

If your event includes food stalls, activity areas or several performance segments, send a simple site sketch. Mark where the audience gathers, where announcements must be heard and which activities run at the same time. A single headline guest count does not explain how people move around the site.

For an outdoor plan, identify the person responsible for discussing power, covered working areas, weather decisions and venue restrictions. Ask that person to share the venue’s current requirements with the production team. Those arrangements need agreement for the particular site; a photograph of a past festival cannot establish them for your event.

Make travel and crew time part of the quote

Describe your sound, lighting and stage needs separately, then give an optional overall budget in PKR. Ask the team to confirm what its proposed scope includes: equipment, crew time, setup, soundcheck, travel and collection. If artists or another supplier bring their own equipment, name it in the brief so responsibilities can be agreed. No fixed Multan package price or travel fee is published here.

Build around the programme.

Tell us what happens on stage and what the audience needs to experience. Start with the parts of production you need help planning.

Sound for the site

Share the performer input lists and mark the places where people need to hear music or announcements. Include any separate audience areas and the space available for a mixing position.

Describe the performance times, speaking positions and filming plans. Ask the venue contact to share the available mounting locations and the lighting already on site.

Stage and access planning

Does Hamid Sound have an office in Multan?

The published business base is Lahore. This page shares a Multan archive reference and a way to discuss a new event; it does not list a Multan branch or walk-in address.

Is production available on my date?

Send the date and venue first. The team needs to confirm crew availability, travel and the technical scope before accepting the event. An enquiry does not reserve a crew or confirm a booking.

Is travel included in the event price?

Ask for the agreed scope to state travel, crew time, setup and collection explicitly. A price or production setup from a previous event cannot establish the cost of your new event.
