Build the production around the bill
Start with the confirmed artists, the number of performances and the venue or shortlist. A solo singer, a full band and a mixed live-and-DJ programme ask different things of the stage and audio system. Send the current technical rider and a contact for each act. Mark unconfirmed names as provisional so the team can identify what needs to be resolved without treating the lineup as final.
Give the audience layout the same attention
Share whether the audience will stand, sit or move between areas, along with an estimated headcount and a venue plan. Show the stage, front-of-house position and any areas where guests still need to hear announcements. The audience layout, stage footprint and production positions need agreement before the final room capacity is settled. Published venue figures are a starting point, not a capacity approval for your concert setup.
Plan the time around the performance
Include load-in, setup, artist arrival, soundcheck, doors, performance slots, changeovers and the agreed finish. Ask the organiser and venue to identify the person who can approve changes on the day. For an outdoor show in Lahore, discuss the venue’s weather arrangements and the decision process with the relevant team. The artist’s advertised start time alone is not enough to plan equipment access and technical checks.

Explore Red Bull Off The Roof Lahore in our archive for the credited lineup, event date and Hamid Sound’s original performance recap. For your show, send the date, venue, audience estimate, lineup and requested production services; the team confirms the scope and availability separately.
