Model Town Society lists a wedding complex and community facilities, while Model Town Club publishes its own location on Model Town Circular Road. These are separate references for an organiser to investigate. Name the property and block in your enquiry; a general request for a ‘Model Town function’ does not identify the space or its booking arrangements.

Choose the gathering space first
For a club or community programme, ask the responsible booking team which room or outdoor area is available and who can approve the layout. For a family event at a private property, share a simple sketch showing the audience, performance area and entrances. Avoid planning equipment around a photograph of a different Model Town venue. A useful first brief includes the usable space after seating, catering and decoration are placed.
Give every part of the programme a place
A community evening may move from welcome remarks to awards and a musical performance. Write down who speaks, who performs and which moments need playback. For example, a host introducing three groups needs a shared running order, the correct music files and a clear handover to the operator. Identify whether performers need to hear backing tracks themselves as well as through the audience speakers.
Fit the setup into the property
Send the entry point, available unloading space and any steps or narrow doors between the vehicle and the event area. Agree where the sound desk can sit with a view of the performance. If the event uses a lawn, ask the property team which covered space is available if the plan changes. Confirm the working window and finish time directly with the host or venue.
