Sound, light & stage in Lahore Cantt.
Lahore Cantt is a broad location for an event brief. The Pakistan Golf Federation lists Lahore Garrison Golf & Country Club on Ch. Amjad Ali Road in Lahore Cantt. For an enquiry involving that club or another property, obtain the full venue address and named function space from the booking contact before organising production.
Plan your event here
Identify the property and the responsible contact
A reference to ‘Garrison’ or ‘Cantt’ is not enough to identify the room, entrance or booking team. Share the name on the venue confirmation, the precise function space and a pin supplied by the property. Ask who can approve the technical layout and who will be present during setup. A published club address identifies a location; it does not confirm event availability, booking eligibility or the conditions for your date.
Arrange production access in advance
Ask the venue which entrance suppliers should use and whether it needs crew or vehicle details before arrival. Confirm this for the chosen property rather than assuming one procedure applies throughout Cantt. Give the venue an equipment and delivery outline, and agree the unloading and collection windows. Keep one organiser reachable during setup so a practical question can be resolved without delaying the programme.
Coordinate the room and the programme
For a dinner or reception, show the speaking position, performance area and guest layout on the same plan. For a formal presentation, list lectern microphones, panel participants and any video playback. Obtain details of installed sound and lighting so the visiting production team can identify what still needs to be supplied. Include rehearsal, guest entry and the agreed finish in the running order.
Send a Lahore Cantt event brief
Include the date, exact property and room, audience estimate and requested sound, lighting or coordination. Add the booking contact and the technical requirements of any performers. Hamid Sound reviews the event scope and crew availability before confirmation; the host remains the point of contact for venue hire and property-specific arrangements.
